Toilet tower is too old and bed sheet also need to replace new one, Sad that a 4 star hotel have no swiming pool. Breakfast and location is great.

Nice hotel with big roooms wuth big beds , good location, very friendly staffs especially the hotel restaurant manager super nice with my young kids... will definitely stay there again! 👍👍👍

The location was excellent for why we were there. The room was large and well appointed. The bathroom had a great shower with good pressure and hot water. The breakfast was very good with a lot of dishes to choose from. Very good value for the money totally happy with our stay.

the location was accessible to all malls. Receptionist was very helpful and accommodating. The chilling outdoor area was wonderful and scenery was amazing.

Its very clean and located in shopping hotspot in middle of Phratunam. Lifts are fast, no long waiting to go up and down between floors. The staffs are friendly and they even make up my room with swan and roses for our short honeymoon staycation. Highly recommended to travelers who enjoy the stay around Phratunam.

Breakfast was very good. You have a choice between a Thai or American Breakfast. Went under the Test and Go program they get a 10 for the ease of testing. Time I got my results. I also came back for my test going Home and again it was excellent. Nurse came to the hotel game me the test and results were quick. Thanks !!!!!

The location is not too bad. Although it is a walking distance to the train station, it is still manageable. The traffic condition is better than the Platinum area which is often very congested. The environment is quiet, you can't hear any road noise and it is easy to sleep for a light sleeper like me. Room size is good and spacious. I also like it that the furnishing of the room is white / light colour, it makes the room look bright with minimal lighting. Lastly, the hotel staff were very friendly and you get a welcome drink when you check in.

Room I am surprised by the room size as we booked under the superior category. Other than that, we were surprised on the 1st night 27 May, that our 5 rooms got upgraded into suite and deluxe. I am very impressed with the suite category. thank you. Staff The ground-floor butlers are very kind and helpful and the customer service representative is always there to ask which floor we want to go to the lady who serves us the welcome drink and the concierge staff are always patient with our questions Location I am surprised that is a walking distance of about 15-20 minutes to Big C, Central World, Plantium Market and etc. Overall we had an enjoyable stay in your hotel. PS. It will be nice to add on a children's waterpark or children's playground.

Really close to the airport link train station which is one of the reasons we picked the hotel. Staff are friendly and helpful and the room is spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was good with a big selection of food. We got complimentary late check out at 4pm which was really good for us as our flight was in the evening. Our room has also been upgraded which was nice too.
